Before You Fly

Baggage size

S (55×40×25cm): 1 per person / M (65×45×30cm): up to 2 per flight / L+ (75cm+): cannot be carried. Hotel delivery (¥3,980) is available only for KIX-to-Kyoto bookings.

Minimum passengers

Shared flights operate with 4+ passengers. If not met, we propose a nearby time or refund in full.

Weight declaration

For safe weight & balance, all passengers declare body weight. Used only for flight planning.

Payment & cancellation policy

We register your card at booking, authorize it 5 days before departure, and capture payment at check-in. Cancellation fees: same-day, after check-in and no-show are 100% (based on the pre-tax fare; the consumption-tax portion is refunded). Earlier cancellations follow the rates shown at booking. Weather or operator cancellations cost you nothing (authorization released or full refund).

How do I pay? When is my card charged?
Check the payment method and timing shown during booking. Check your booking or My Booking page for receipt availability.
What if my plane is late?
Staff will check the recorded arrival delay and advise on the response based on operations on the day. Rebooking, charges, and cancellation fees are not guaranteed in advance.
Can children fly?
Yes. Children aged 2 or under may travel free of charge when seated on an adult's lap. Children aged 3 or older must occupy their own seat and are charged the same fare as adults.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety comes first — the pilot makes the final go/no-go call on the day. If the flight is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. On request, we can also arrange alternative transport (such as a hire car).
Where can I check or change my booking?
Check your booking on My Booking with your booking ID and email. Ask staff about whether a change or cancellation is available under the current policy.
What happens if the flight is cancelled due to weather?
If a flight is cancelled by us or due to weather, no cancellation fee will be charged and you will receive a full refund. On request, we can arrange alternative transport (such as a hire car).
